Just a short drive away you’ll find downtown Florence with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment venues.

|Recommended: YesPretty much great. — Living at Bellamy is great with all the amenities and great staff. However, with the problems with the locks on our doors and the gate always being open, Bellamy could use some improvement in these important safety feautures. The only other negative, is noisy, partying neighbors, but this is a problem living anywhere with college students young adults. Out of apartments in Florence, Bellamy is the one I always recommend to people.

We are currently working on the gate right now and have ordered new parts for it! If you ever have any issues with neighbors being too loud please feel free to contact the office at anytime. Our office number is 24-hr and will direct you to a manager or the courtesy officer. We have loved having you and your dogs living here at Bellamy!

|Recommended: YesGood place to live but — Electricity stays out way longer than the rest of the the town when it goes out. Has already happened about 4 times in the 6-7 months of me living here

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff — Everyone is very quick to answer any questions I may have, maintenance always comes within 24 hours of putting in a work order, and the involvement with the residents is like it is on a college campus. There is always an event happening for us and often an opportunity for a free meal
